Unique Crafts is the place to buy handcrafted gifts.  To buy something you don’t need to register with us, but if you do, you will be able to save your favourite shops and items, view your order history, contact sellers direct and be able to leave feedback for your order.

To buy something, select ‘Add to basket’ on the item page and it will be added to your shopping basket displayed at the top of each page.

Items will stay in your basket until you remove them, checkout or end your Unique Crafts session by logging out.  Your browser may also end your session by timing out, so if you want to find the item on another day, add it to your favourites by clicking ‘love this’ on the item page or the little heart icon on the image in gallery view.

Can I buy more than one thing at once?

Yes, add as many items as you wish to your basket.  Once items are in your basket you can update quantities by clicking + or - or remove them by reducing the quantity to 0 or clicking on the trash can icon.

Can I buy things from more than one seller?

Yes, you can add items to your basket from several different sellers and check out in one go.

How much does postage cost?

The postage charges are shown at the bottom of the page.  They will be different depending on where the items are being shipped to and how many items are being sent and the size of the item.  The postage costs for any order will display in your basket before you confirm your payment so you can see how much they cost in total.

Postage costs are set by the individual seller so if there is anything unusual or unexpected, please contact the seller directly.

How Do I Pay?

All payments are sent from you directly to the sellers.  At checkout you will be given the option to pay using your card and/or with Paypal.

All sellers accept payments through Paypal and/or Stripe.  Your payment details are secure and processed by Stripe.  Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI and certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider.  This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Why Can’t I Buy This Item?

If you are having trouble ordering please check that:

1. The item is for sale – check that it is available – it may have expired or sold out, or the seller’s shop may not be active yet.
2. The quantity you are ordering is available.  You cannot order more items than are available on the listing.  To order successfully reduce the quantity or contact the seller to ask if they can list a higher quantity.
3. The seller ships to your country.  Shipping information shows at the bottom of each listing.  If you are requesting shipping outside the UK, check the listing to see if the seller ships to the country you have specified.  If the country is not listed, please contact the seller to see if they could arrange shipping for you.

If you do have difficulties, please contact the seller straight away to let them know.  If you give them the details, they may be able to help you solve the problem or arrange payment another way.
